Menopause Meet Up is a free, friendly space for women to come together, have a chat, share experiences and feel less alone in what can often feel like a very isolating stage of life.
Whether you’re in peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause, this is a chance to step out, meet like-minded women and have open, honest conversations in a relaxed setting.
There’s no pressure, no judgement and no need to have it all figured out.
Across the sessions, there will also be opportunities to speak with professionals, ask questions, gain practical support and hear useful insights around wellbeing, hormones, mindset, nutrition and navigating this chapter with more confidence.
